Fill your table — invite 9 guests to join you for a table of 10. The more, the merrier! |

Entertain your guests and serve drinks from our fully-stocked open bar. Your charm is your superpower. |

The professional staff of The Pinnacle will handle dinner service and dessert — you focus on the fun. |
| 04 |
Check in at Waiter Registration upon arrival (5:15 PM) to pick up your waiter kit before guests arrive. |
| 05 |
Be ready to welcome guests at Cocktail Hour (5:30 PM). If you arrive late, bartenders will assist your table until you get there. |

Please purchase full table or individual tickets online. Guests may check in individually, or you may register your entire table upon arrival.

Tipping
Your guests will no doubt be thrilled with the five-star service they experience and will hopefully show their appreciation by tipping generously. 100% of all tips are donated to The Victory Center to support ongoing programming and services for local cancer patients. All tips are tax deductible.

Inviting Your Guests
Paper and electronic invitations are available for you to share with your prospective guests. Contact our Special Events Manager to request either format:

What to Expect on Event Day

Waiter check-in at the Waiter Registration area. Pick up your waiter kit — tray, bar menu, and everything you need. |
| 5:30 PM |
Cocktail Hour begins. Welcome your guests and start serving drinks! A bar menu will be on your table, plus trays for carrying drinks. |
| All Night |
Participate in raffles, Wine & Dine Pull, and LIVE auction. The Pinnacle staff handles dinner and dessert service. |
| Late Night |
Tips are collected from each table at the end of the evening. Thank your guests — and take a bow, celebrity! |
// Entertainment //
Make It Your Own
Celebrity Waiters are encouraged to bring party favors, table decorations, or games — or simply charm their guests with meaningful conversation.
Casual attire or costuming in the spirit of our Retro Reunion / 1990s theme is encouraged but never required. Dress to impress or keep it casual — it's your night!
👑 COSTUME CONTEST
A costume contest will be held to crown the Best Dressed woman and man at the event. Show up, show out!
